Dear Friends,

Can you believe that we have come to the end of this journey for 2008?  Never, ever will we come to the end of the journey walking and talking and living the life of Christ, but for reading through His word in 2008, we have come to the end!  What a journey it has been for me and many of you as well.  So much of what I read, I did not understand; so much I had to read over and over again and some parts I just knew there was no point in reading it again, I was so lost the first time!  But, then there were moments when a lightbulb in the form of the Holy Spirit would go off and I would understand something I didn’t understand before.  I was not good at journalling my journey and I would think it would be so important to me at the time that I wouldn’t forget it, but, alas, that is not the case. :-(   I am thinking that I will start again in 2009 and keep notes this time!

Thank you all so very much for coming along on this journey.  I would never have started had my friend, Annette, not told me about it and I would never have continued had Kate not set up this webpage to keep track of it for us.  So, I owe a big thanks to those two and to sweet Bev who was so faithful in sharing with us what the Lord taught her.
